Information on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is evolving at a rapidly so we want to keep you informed about the steps we are taking to protect the safety and health of our team, customers and business partners. This is a priority for us at Lumma!

Orders:

Our manufacturing facilities in Brazil and our US-based fulfillment centers are operating as usual. In spite of this, we are experiencing delays with the carriers we use for shipping pick up and processing. Consequently, there may be delays in the delivery of your order. Also, for international orders, there may delays with our shipping carriers and possibly the customs departments in some countries. We are working full time to have all orders delivered. We are taking precautions through all operations:

A few weeks ago, the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) published Covid-19 guidelines. At that time, we made certain that our manufacturing facility and fulfillment centers were taking extensive measures to adhere to all safety and hygiene measures recommended by the CDC. We are closely monitoring this situation on an ongoing basis.
